Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS)

HIS aim to improve the quality of health care in Scotland by setting and monitoring standards for NHS Scotland and its partners.

The key aims of the organisation are to report to the public on the performance of NHS Scotland against nationally agreed standards, and to support NHS Scotland in improving the quality of care and treatment it provides. They achieve this by developing and implementing, in partnership with healthcare professionals and the public, a national framework to determine, share and promote consistent high-quality care across Scotland.
