Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Having your say

It is important that children, young people and their families have their say in child protection. All the agencies who support the well being and protection of children and young people in our communities want to make sure that they listen effectively to what they have to say in a meaningful way. This should be clearly explained when you receive support. East Renfrewshire Child Protection Committee is made up of partners from many agencies who you can talk to and share your concerns. By listening to you we can ensure we can get it right for everyone when improving outcomes.

If you have a concern

If you have a concern about a child we also want you to tell us about. We will listen and take appropriate action to ensure children in East Renfrewshire are safe from harm and abuse. Please browse the Child Protection Information for Families page of our website for more information, you will find many of the leaflets attached helpful if you are involved in a child protection situation.
