Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

What happens after the Building Warrant is issued

Once you have your warrant and are ready to begin your building work, please notify the council using the start of works notification form:

During building the council will conduct inspections and release notifications concerning the work taking place. Please visit the Site inspections and notifications page for full details:
