Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Catchment areas and placing requests

Does a primary placement extend to secondary?

Does a successful primary placing request secure the associated secondary school placement?

No. Your successful placing request to a primary school is valid only until the end of primary 7.

You must make a further placing request for a place in S1 to your chosen secondary school, If you wish your child to attend a secondary school other than your catchment secondary.
