Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Gas Servicing and repairs

City Technical Services are the contractors responsible for gas servicing, repairs and maintenance (including breakdowns) for all gas systems, appliances and associated equipment provided by the council including gas fires and gas central heating. For a blocked flue, problems with gas supply or gas heating tenants should contact City Technical Services . City Technical Services will deliver a fully comprehensive repairs and maintenance service for this type of work within normal working hours, and they will operate an emergency service out with normal working hours such as evenings and weekends (including all public holidays).
