Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Automatic elegibility criteria

You automatically qualify if you are over 2 years old and meet at least one of these criteria:

  • Receive higher rate mobility component of Personal Independence Payment (previously Disability Living Allowance).
  • Are registered blind.
  • Receive War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement.
  • Receive an award under the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS)
