Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Apply for or renew a Blue Badge

Lost or stolen Blue Badges

If your Blue Badge is lost or stolen you need to report this to the police.

To reapply for your Blue Badge, you need to provide the crime reference number and a passport size photograph with your application. You can reapply using the normal application process.

If your badge expires in the next 6 months, please apply for a new badge instead of a replacement badge.


The charge for a replacement Blue Badge is £20.
