Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Blue badge scheme

Lost or stolen blue badge

You can apply for a replacement blue badge online at:

Although we recommend all applicants use the online submission, you can also download and return the following form if you prefer:

The council will require verification that your original badge has been lost or stolen so this must be reported to your nearest police station.

Once the application form has been completed a copy of the confirmation of loss or crime reference number should be supplied along passport size photograph and the fee of £20 using the above payment methods.

If your badge is due to expire within the next six months please complete a new blue badge application form and not a replacement one.
