Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Bins, recycling and rubbish

I don't have anywhere to store wheeled bins. What should I do?

We are encouraging as many households as possible to accommodate the new four bin collection service. However, we have identified a number of properties where we believe it is not possible to store the wheeled bins required and as such have/will contact residents here to advise of alternative arrangements. 

In other instances, capacity for bin storage may be limited and residents' preference may be to continue using their boxes, sacks and bags.  However, in such cases, residents need to be aware that the frequency of service will be once every three weeks and for this reason, we strongly encourage residents to trial the bins.
