Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Bins, recycling and rubbish

I have a very small garden

I do not want it filled with bins, where will I put them all?

We understand that capacity for bin storage may be limited in a number of properties but unless you absolutely cannot accommodate further bins we will provide you with four bins. Where it comes down to the resident's preference, they can continue to use their boxes, sacks and bags. However, in such cases, residents need to be aware that the frequency of service will be once every three weeks and for this reason, we strongly encourage residents to trial the bins.

Please note that the new green and blue bin will be distributed to you automatically

Only once they have been delivered can residents contact us to request their removal but once again, we would strongly encourage residents to trial the bins in the first instance.
