Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Do I have a say about the work I will do during Throughcare supervision?

The supervising officer will develop a risk management plan to assist you to address your reasons for offending, to look at issues that could place you at risk of further offending behaviour and to offer assistance to address other problems you may have. This may include referring you to work with addiction services, adult learning or employment support staff, depending on the needs that you and your worker identify. Your risk of re-offending will be reviewed during supervision.
