Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

What will my supervising officer do during Throughcare supervision?

The social worker who is your Supervising Officer will work with you on your attitude to your offending behaviour, encourage you to develop insight and understanding into your offence(s), promote responsibility and techniques to remain free of offending in the future.

Your supervising officer will make sure you are given every opportunity to successfully complete your licence. This includes addressing problems such as housing, unemployment, literacy and addiction issues. If you do not comply with the conditions of your licence, or if you commit any further offences, the social worker will notify the Parole Board.
