Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

We strive to build strong and sustainable partnerships with commercial organisations for the benefit of the local community.

Examples of community benefits can include; targeted recruitment and training, work experience and apprenticeships, small business and social enterprise development and community engagement and sponsorships.

For all City Deal projects, our dedicated community benefits lead works with contractors to find out how appropriate community benefits can be realised as part of new projects, benefiting residents and local communities.
