Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

We currently provide services to care at home aged 65+, all ages for physical disabilities, mental health, learning disabilities, and dual sensory impaired.

Description of your service

We provide person centred care and support to a variety of individuals to enable them to live independently within their own homes.

Availability of your service

We provide services 24 hours a day mainly between 7am and 11pm, 7 days a week

Hourly rate

£16.46 per hour
