Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

  • People with sensory impairment

Description of your service

Careline Home Support's  objective is to provide services using a Person Centred Approach. Our intention is to promote the Social Model of Disability. We are committed and focused on ensuring that all our clients reach their full potential and we are fully supportive of the context of empowering disabled people to exercise and maximise Control and Choice of their own lives.

Careline Home Support will as far as possible support, assist and enable Service Users to have the freedom to fully participate in their communities.

Our company accepts that all human life is of value and believes anyone whatever their impairment is capable of exerting choices.  People have the right to a Needs Led Assessment and to receive the outcome of their Assessment.  We believe that Assessment should respect the disabled persons Choice to maximise their Potential. Our aim is to work within the Principles of Independent Living.

Careline Home Support will network with other professional organisations in a Partnership Agreement Approach.

We have a well-trained friendly workforce, who are, keen to help and are focused on improving outcomes for people who select our services.

Availability of your service

By arrangement, services can be delivered 24/7, 365 days per year. The Office is open between 8.00am-4.00pm, however an 'on call' telephone line staffed by a rota manager and this is available out with office hours, 365 days per year.
