Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Description of your service

HRM Homecare is a local, dedicated provider of high quality care at home and supported living services. We have been offering care and support services for over 20 years and have been a care service provider within East Renfrewshire since 2006.

HRM's friendly, experienced and competent care teams help hundreds of people to live independently in their own homes. We support people of all ages including older people, children and families, and people with complex conditions such as autism/ADHD, dementia or a learning disability, and those who just need a little extra support to improve the quality of their lives.

HRM Homecare Services Include: individualised flexible personal care and support to ensure you can live independently and achieve the life outcomes that are important to you; we care so we support you in a range of ways. Outcomes can be achieved by supporting you and family carers by simply assisting with personal care, cooking and cleaning and everyday living tasks; supporting people after hospital discharge; providing complex and nursing care supports; providing palliative/end of life care or specialised dementia care; we also offer home call services; help getting out and about; overnight and live-in care; and support for you to have a holiday. We care for you so our services are designed for and with the people we support. Our aim is simply to dedicate ourselves to making the lives of others better. We recognise that support is only one aspect of leading a better life and we will increasingly work alongside you to assist you build your social networks, circles of support, community networks, informal supports, self confidence and open up lifelong learning opportunities where appropriate to enable wider choice and ability to ensure your outcomes are met. We care about quality: We have an active customer advisory group and a strong quality compliance and quality enhancement team and their input into care service design and delivery is fundamental to the growth and sustainability of our care services and supports.

Availability of your service

HRM Homecare provides services 24 hours a day 7 days a week including public holidays.

Our office is manned from 8.30 am - 5pm and then there is an Out of Office Service.
