Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

We support young people and adults with a wide range health and social care needs.


Details of the individual or group of people that you provide services to

We support young people and adults with a wide range health and social care needs. This includes people with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Physical and sensory impairments
  • Mental ill health
  • Dementia
  • Long term conditions, e.g. MS, MND, and others

We are increasingly working with younger people in transitions and now support people ranging in age from 12 upwards. 

Description of your service

We offer person-centred support to people with a wide range of support needs.

People use the support we provide in lots of different ways, depending upon what they want to achieve in their lives, this can be things like:

  • Feeling safe and secure.
  • Keeping well and staying healthy.
  • Being as independent as possible.
  • Having interesting things to do.
  • Being connected with family and friends.
  • Feeling good about life.

We offer a range of support that assists people to lead full, active lives in their own homes and communities right across Scotland.  This can include care at home, housing support, community-based activities and short breaks.

Availability of your service

We work with people to provide support at the times which suit them. We operate all day, every day.

Hourly rate

£15.60 per hour
