Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

People with Mental Health Problems.

Description of your service

We provide services that are recognised for their quality and each person can expect a flexible recovery focussed service where support is tailored to meet their needs.

The support may include:

  • Practical Support — Assistance with life skills and all matters related to enabling people to live in their own house within the local community.
  • Social Support — Encouraging people to mix with each other and be part of the local community.
  • Emotional Support— Underpinning the above two and focusing on building trust and a positive relationship with the recovery team. People can expect to be treated with dignity and respect by all members of staff, as they adhere to the National Care Standards and the SSSC Codes of Practice.
  • Involvement - We expect people to be fully involved in the delivery of the service and to have their say.
