Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

We currently provide support and care services for older people residing in our sheltered housing and extra care services.

Description of your service

We have a team of dedicated support staff who provide Support and Care at Home services for older people living in our sheltered housing and extra care services.  Support and Care is tailored to meet the needs of individuals.  The staff are in place from 7.00 am - 9.30 pm every day.  Telecare provide an emergency call service outwith these times.

Availability of your service

Staff are currently available 7.00 am - 9.30 pm, 7 days per week.  These times can be extended as required.

£16.49
