Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Description of your service

We offer person centred to individuals with a wide range of needs.  The individual we provide care and support to are central to our service.  We work with service users to identify what is important to them and for them.

Availability of your service

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Most recent Care Inspectorate grades

SRS Care Solutions Limited was registered with the Care Inspectorate on the 2nd August 2016, so has not under gone an inspection. SRS has been trading as a Health Care Agency providing staff to local authorities and private health care organisations.
