Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Trust offers a range of services, from a landlord only service to care and support services that are flexible and tailored to the needs of the individual.

Trust primarily serves older people in our communities, but we also provide housing for families and individuals.

The older people were support often have additional support areas for example with alcohol misuse, living with dementia, or experiencing mental ill health.

We also support younger adults with learning disabilities living in some of our developments.

Description of your service

Trust offers a range of services, from a landlord only service to care and support services that are flexible and tailored to the needs of the individual. This means customers can continue to live independently and have an enhanced quality of life, as well as providing peace of mind to their families.

We also provide social rented and mid-market housing for households of all ages as well as housing some younger people with learning difficulties and support needs. We also offer a range of complementary services including Home Angels (cleaning and other domestic services)

Availability of your service

Across Trusts our services operate with varying availability. For example our care and support services are delivered mainly between 7am and 11pm, seven days per week. Overnight support can be provided on request.

Most recent Care Inspectorate grades

Branch 1B was inspected on the 5th October 2015. The inspector graded the quality of care and support, the staff and management and leadership as 5's.

There were no requirements or recommendations made.
