Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Council Tax collection error - updated on 27/12/17

Direct Debit payments collected early


Direct debit payments for those customers whose Council Tax is due for collection on 28 December was collected early on 22 December 2017.

This payment will not be collected again on the 28th December.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and are investigating how this error occurred.
