Building Standards Application Forms

All forms available for submission

Application can be submitted online at ebuilding standards Scotland. The site is free to use and is managed by the Scottish Government in partnership with all Scottish local authorities.

It provides an easy-to-use way for you to complete and send in building warrant applications, submit completions certificates and other related forms associated with the end to end process of the building standards system. It also allows you to attach supporting drawings and documents, buy and mark up a location plan and pay the application fee electronically.

The site guides you through the process and will assist you in making a valid application or submission to the local authority. This will also speed up the process.
