This not only makes the process as transparent and open as possible, but will also allow potential contractors to make early enquiries regarding planned procurements.
Please note, sometimes our Corporate Procurement section does not receive advance warning of procurement exercises to be undertaken on behalf of client departments. Therefore the list of planned procurements may not always be complete.
