This application form will be used to update the Council’s On-Line Trading Network and the information provided will be made available to all Council Departments.

However, inclusion in the On-Line Trading Network does not guarantee any level of business.  The Directory will assist Council Officers to source supplies and services, where the value falls below the limit which requires formal tenders to be invited (currently £25,000).

Contracts valued in excess of £25,000 are advertised openly on the Scottish Procurement Directorate Website .  This site also offers a Quick Quote facility.  Quick Quote is an on-line request for quotations for low value/ low risk procurement exercises.

Companies wishing to be included in formal tendering exercises and Quick Quote are advised to register their company details in the above site.
