How to book tickets
You can reserve and purchase your tickets by calling the Box Office, or alternatively, you can do so in person. We accept payment by cash, cheque, Switch or major credit cards. A 2% charge will be made for all credit card sales.
Concessions
The following groups of people qualify for concession tickets:
Seniors (60yrs+)
Full-time students
Customers who receive Council Tax Benefit or Housing Benefit
Disabled customers (plus a carer)
The easiest way for customers to prove their entitlement to concessions is by taking out an ALL Access Card. Customers without an ALL Access Card can use the following:
Seniors – National Entitlement Card, passport, birth certificate, driving licence
Full-time Students – National Entitlement Card, matriculation card
Customers in receipt of Council Tax Benefit / Housing Benefit – suitable letter proving entitlement
Disabled customers – National Entitlement Card or suitable letter proving entitlement
You may be asked to show proof of your entitlement when you pick up your tickets or at the door prior to the event.
Group Bookings
Bring a group of 10 people and one person can go free. Call the Box Office for more details. This offer excludes "Local Theatre" events, though companies may operate their own schemes.

Conditions of Sale
Every person, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter the theatre auditorium.
Children younger than 8 years old must be accompanied by an appropriate number of responsible persons at least 16 years of age.
The Council reserves the right to alter or amend the programme as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded except in the event of an outright cancellation of a performance.
In the event of the outright cancellation of a performance, the Council’s liability will be limited to refunding the face value of the tickets purchased.
Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable interval in the performance at the discretion of the Council and may be refused admission.
The Council reserves the right to refuse admission.
No person may record sound or images by any means whatsoever within the theatre without the prior permission of the Council.
