Joining the library

Joining your local library is easy and it’s free!

With the ALL Access card you can use the services offered by your local library book events at Eastwood Park Theatre and take advantage of East Renfrewshire sports centres.

Simply complete a membership form at your local library, or submit the online version below.

You need to provide one piece of identification, which can be a passport, a driving licence or a utility bill or bank statement with your full postal address.

If you qualify for a concession on library services, you'll also need to provide proof of your status, such as a pension book.

When your enrolment is complete, you'll be issued with your ALL Access card which will allow you to use the library straight away.

To take full advantage of your All Access card, register your details at sports centres and at Eastwood Park Theatre and you’ll qualify for lots of discounts and special offers.

What can I borrow?

As a member of our libraries, you can borrow a maximum of 16 items, of which a maximum of 6 items can be from our DVD, video and music CD collections.

The following loan periods apply to all adult and children’s stock:

Books (including large print and spoken word)	3 weeks
Books with waiting lists	2 weeks
Bestsellers collection	2 weeks
DVDs	1 week hire
Music CDs	3 week hire

Items borrowed from one library may be returned to any other in East Renfrewshire for your convenience.

Library Joining Form

You must complete all fields in this form, except email, which is optional.

When you submit your completed form, library staff will use the details to prepare your library card.

Visit your chosen library within two weeks of sending your details. You’ll be asked to sign a form agreeing to the terms and conditions of library membership.

Please bring one piece of identification with you, as outlined above.
