Eastwood Park Leisure Refurbishment

We have made considerable investment to upgrade the facility with state-of-the-art gym equipment and improved changing facilities. The new cardio vascular equipment will include personal TV screens so that members can enjoy their favourite shows from a choice of 14 channels. For members who prefer listening to music during their workout they can pick from any FM radio station with an inbuilt tuner. Life Fitness, the world’s leading manufacturer of fitness equipment, also have a dedicated team of engineers who will ensure the equipment is kept in the best possible condition and quickly repaired when needed.

Following customer feedback, we are pleased to announce that we will also be creating a new free-weight room and introducing a low resistance circuit area which will allow a full body work out in only 30 minutes.

Overview

Eastwood Park Leisure is part of a top-class leisure facility situated at the heart of Eastwood Park.

Our services include:

  • 25 metre swimming pool

  • teaching pool

  • two smaller pools

  • two gyms

  • health suite, including sauna and steam rooms

A programme of fitness classes takes place in the adjoining Carmichael Hall.

To ensure you get the most from your visit, our friendly team of staff are available to help you create a convenient and comfortable fitness plan, which will help you achieve your personal goals. Combined with our theatre and cafe in the same building, there really is something for everyone.

Live Active exercise referral scheme

We work in partnership with Greater Glasgow Health Board to provide an exercise referral scheme for people in the local health board area.

Bookings

You can make a booking in person or by phone during our normal opening hours (please note: gym inductions should be booked in person).

Leisure Card holders or Action Zone members may book up to 7 days in advance. Non-card holders may book up to 2 days in advance.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you want to cancel a booking or you may be charged a fee equivalent to the cost of the activity.
