Gym and Health Suite

There are 8 pieces of cardio vascular equipment giving customers an opportunity for a great work-out.

There is a special monthly price available for users of Neilston Leisure Centre, ask a member of staff for details.

These facilities are also available for all casual users on a pay as you go basis but if you are a member of our Action Zone, you can use this gym, health suite, swimming and fitness classes free of charge.

Please note that an induction is required before customers may use the gym.
