Council Performance – How we’re doing and what we have achieved

East Renfrewshire Council is here working for you.  Our main aim is to improve and maintain an attractive, safe local environment, where everyone has the opportunity to benefit from an enhanced quality of life.  We aim to be focused on what is best for our customers by making our services as joined up, simple and straightforward to access as is possible.  

In order for us to gauge how well were are doing on meeting these aims and report on what we have achieved, we have arrangements to monitor our performance across services.  This information helps us to understand how we are currently performing, and where we can improve.

Working together with services, the Policy and Transformation Unit in the Chief Executive’s Department is responsible for ensuring we have the necessary arrangements in place to track and report to you on Council performance.  We strive to provide our information about what we’re doing and how we’re performing in an open, balanced and meaningful way.  You are able to find out more information about our plans, policies and performance by clicking on the left hand page links.
