Citizens' Panel
East Renfrewshire Council is working for you to improve and modernise the services that we deliver to you, the citizens’ of East Renfrewshire.
Let Us Know Direct is East Renfrewshire Council’s initiative to find out what local residents think of the services we provide.
The Let Us Know Panel is a group of 1,200 local people and is stratified to broadly represent the local population, according to Census data on area of resistance, age, gender, ethnicity and tenure. These people provide their views on major issues that affect East Renfrewshire.
The panel has been running successfully since 1998. Thirteen surveys have now been completed.
The results from the panel have helped shaped some of the Council’s major policies including the Corporate Statement and the Community Plan. The panel results also help us monitor satisfaction with the services we provide. This helps us to identify the services that we need to improve.
By clicking on the documents at the bottom of this page you can read about the findings from previous panel surveys.
