Equality, diversity and citizenship
East Renfrewshire Council’s Revised Equality Strategy 2007 –2010, approved on 27 June 2007, is the Council’s latest statement on mainstreaming equalities and brings together our plans to fulfil our equality duties under race, disability and gender.
This strategy highlights our on-going commitment to embedding Equality and Diversity into all of our functions, policies and structures.
The Equality Strategy, supported by action plans, provides a focus on outcomes that will enable us to demonstrate progress in the fulfilment of our equality duties.
