Welcome to the East Renfrewshire Community Health and Care Partnership (CHCP). The CHCP is a new and innovative partnership responsible for delivering all local health and social care services for the residents of East Renfrewshire in an integrated way.

The CHCP will integrate services for children, families, adults and older people to respond better to people’s needs.

The CHCP is committed to improving the health of people living and working in East Renfrewshire and making a difference to health inequalities. We will take a lead in improving health with other partners involved in community planning and regeneration.
