Customer Connect Extra

If you live in East Renfrewshire you can now take advantage of Customer Connect. Customer Connect is a new service and is your gateway to online services from East Renfrewshire Council.  It is your citizen account with the council.

We are working to bring you more, but right now, as a resident of East Renfrewshire and after registering, you will be able to

• Check what council tax you have paid this year

• See what your council tax balance is for this year

• See how your council tax bill has been made up

• Check your historical council tax payment record

• Request a copy of your bill

• You can pay bills online too

To register, please see our Customer Connect pages and complete the online registration process. You will receive an e-mail containing username and PIN . To ensure the security of your information we will post to your home address a password. Once you have all three you can log on to customer connect.
