Communal areas - lighting repairs
This would apply to flatted properties with Council Tenants or mixed tenures.
All stairs and landings dark (i.e. no lighting at all) would be deemed to be an emergency situation and if phoned in would be treated as an emergency.
Where 1 light is not working, we would raise a line for completion in 20 working days.
Broken Common stair or common door windows
The Housing Call Centre should be phoned on 0141 577 3700 in the event of any common windows being broken / vandalised they will then be boarded up and the glazed units ordered.
Common Door & Door Entry Systems
Any door & door entry system repairs / faults should be phoned to the Housing Call Centre on 0141 577 3700.
Blocks with communal TV aerial systems
Should your common TV aerial signal fail; please contact the Housing Call Centre on 0141 577 3700 to report this fault.
