Tenancy issues
Housing Officers are responsible for the following:-
- Estate Management Service
- To provide services to tenants, potential tenants and those seeking accommodation
- Assist in the monitoring of void houses Identify illegal occupiers, absconsions and other changes in tenancies
- To monitor environmental standards within estate area
- Identify improvements
- Enforce the conditions of lease where tenants are in breach
- Take action to encourage improvements
- Assist with the annual garden competition
- Anti-social problems/complaints
