Why set up a Self- Service account?
If you are a resident of East Renfrewshire, you can set up a Self-Service account - the services that require a Self-Service account are noted below.
You don't have to set up an account but doing this means that making service requests, requests for information and advice, reporting faults and making complaints will be made even easier for you.
- You will only have to provide your personal details to us once, at sign up
- You will not have to re enter your personal details
- You will also be able to view your contact history.
Once you have set up a Self-Service account you can then upgrade to a Self-Service plus account. This will give you access to your council tax account including checking your council tax payments, account balance and how your bill is made up.
