Carmichael Hall is situated in Eastwood Park adjoining the theatre and sports centre building. It has one large area for hire used mainly for social functions at the weekend. East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure Trust have use of the hall during weekdays for sports activities.

Any disabled person must make themselves known to the facility officer on duty for further advice on exiting the building safely in the event of an emergency.
The normal opening hours of the hall are based on the bookings we receive.
There is car parking surrounding the perimeter of the building. Parking spaces are provided for holders of disabled badges and these are located in the main car park. These spaces are appropriately marked and are for use by badge holders. Drivers are asked to ensure their cars do not obstruct the entrance or exit areas and do not interfere with pedestrian movement.
Public transport to Carmichael Hall
The nearest train stations to Carmichael Hall are Giffnock or Williamwood with a 10 min walk from station. Buses are also available from Newton Mearns, Shawlands or Barrhead directions. The McGill's bus no. 395 runs from Uplawmoor to East Kilbride and stops at Rouken Glen Road. The First bus no. 38 passes Rouken Glen Road from Shawlands direction or Newton Mearns direction.
