Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Information and consultation sessions are meetings in which the Council and its community planning partners share information.

What are information and consultation sessions?

Information and consultation sessions are used by the Council and their community planning partners to share information more efficiently and for elected members to hear about policy developments, ask questions and influence future work.

Information and consultation sessions are meetings in which Council staff or partner agencies such as Police Scotland or the NHS provide a presentation on a piece of upcoming work. This is followed by a discussion to ensure that the new piece of work is delivered as effectively as possible.
