Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Telecare - April 2011

Ann Steele, Telecare Development Officer presented on the benefits of Telecare. Telecare is provides a number of benefits for the local community and there are some excellent examples of partnership initiatives that form part of the service.

Equalities - March 2011

Angela O'Hagan, Commissioner from the Equality and Human Rights Commission presented on the Public Sector Duty requirements of the Equality Act 2010. Equalities is integral to the work of the Council and its partners and it is essential that we comply with our duties.
