Improving our Environment

East Renfrewshire Council's Protective Services Division monitors air and water quality across the district. We also identify sites of contaminated land across East Renfrewshire and ensure remediation of these sites when required.  We also regularly check the quality of private water supplies and bathing water in public swimming pools.
