Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

You can also upload a photo. This will help us to resolve the issue quicker and easier.

Litter fines

Community wardens will issue £50 fixed penalty notices if you are caught littering.

If you don't pay a fixed penalty notice, the case will be referred the Procurator Fiscal. If the case goes to court you can be fined up to £2500.
