Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Report a missed bin

What to do if you think we have missed your collection.

On occasion, we might miss your collection. This is rare so please be certain that:

  • It is the correct collection day by checking the collection calendar.
  • You placed your bin and/or box, sack or bag out for collection by 7am.
  • The bin was not too heavy to be lifted safely by the collection crew.
  • The correct items were in the bin, box or sack by checking recycling collections.

Please note that collections regularly take place into the afternoon. Missed collections should only be reported after 3pm.

Report a missed collection

To make sure that your reported missed collection is uplifted before your next scheduled collection, you must let us know within 72 hours and then leave it on the kerbside. We will normally carry out the collection within 48 hours. Waste not contained within your bin will not be collected.
