Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Confidentiality: Previously clients would have signed confidentially consent forms with the Money Advice Team, Welfare Rights Team or Income Maximisation team. Money Advice and Rights Team (MART) now comprises money advice, income maximisation and the welfare rights team and that information held by one of the former groups will be accessible to the other under the new arrangements on a need-to-know basis.

Advice for residents who are experiencing money worries, debt problems or who have been mis-sold PPI.

The Welfare Rights Team offer free impartial advice and assistance with all aspects of welfare benefits.

Our Income Maximisation Service can provide a free review of your benefit entitlement.
