If you're taking drugs, or you're worried about someone who is, it's important to know about their effects and where to get support if you need it.

  • Phone or visit your GP
  • Call NHS 24 on 08454 24 24 24 or 18001 08454 24 24 24 (textphone). A specially trained nurse or advisor will help you if you are ill or have health concerns about someone close to you.  They can also help you find local health services and other useful contacts. Trained, Scottish-based, advisers provide advice and information to anyone affected by drug use. They can also advise you of support in your local area. The Know the Score website contains a lot of information - both for drug users and anyone who wants to find out more.
