Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Your blue bin is collected every 3 weeks.

Please place your bin on the kerbside by 7am.

Waste not in your blue bin

For recycling that doesn't fit in your blue bin, we'll collect it if it's in a container next to your bin.

You can also take it to your nearest recycling centre or recycling point

Material not suitable for your blue bin

If you put material in your blue bin that shouldn't be there, it will affect the recycling process.

If this is the case, we won't collect your blue bin on that occasion. We'll put a sticker on your bin to mark it as contaminated.
