The CHCP is a partnership responsible for delivering all local health and social care services for the residents of East Renfrewshire in an integrated way.

The CHCP brings together local health and social work services such as:

  • Health visiting

  • Community nursing

  • School nursing

  • Older people’s teams

  • Local community mental health teams

  • Physiotherapy

  • Occupational therapy

All our services are available to everyone throughout the whole community, regardless of age, gender, ethnic origins, creed, address or income levels. Quite simply, we are here to make a difference for all. East Renfrewshire CHCP exists for one reason only to meet the needs of residents and of the community.
