The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR)

SHR is a Scottish Government executive agency. It regulates registered social landlords and the landlord and homelessness services of local authorities.

SHR's purpose is to protect the interests of tenants and service users; ensure the continuing provision of good quality social housing, good services, value for money, and financial viability. SHR registers and regulates independent social landlords and inspects the housing and homeless services provided by local authorities.

Over the coming weeks the appropriate information and report will be added to these pages.
