MyEastRen

MyEastRen is a new online account where you can access council services from your computer or smart phone when it's most convenient to you.

We'll be carrying out essential maintenance on MyEastRen on Thursday 21 September at 2pm. We expect this work to last around 15 minutes. During this time you may experience difficulties logging in to your account. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

We now offer 2 factor authentication (2FA) on your MyEastRen account. We recommend you enable this to increase the security of your account and protect your personal details. Once enabled you'll receive a code to confirm your identity each time you log on. 

To enable 2FA select ''Edit My Details'' on My Account, this will open MyGovScot. Within the 'Manage Account' section you can choose how you receive your verification code, either by SMS, email or authenticator app.  

Registration and sign-in for your online customer account is powered by the Scottish Government's 'myaccount' service. It checks who you are and allows you to use a single account to access a range of Scottish public services online.
