Older years performance information

Our aim is that "Older people in East Renfrewshire are valued; their voices are heard and they are supported to enjoy full and positive lives for longer." (SOA Outcome 5)

Meeting the needs of East Renfrewshire's aging population continues to present us and our partners with challenges. It is estimated that by 2035 households headed by people aged over 75 will have increased by 81%. This will have an impact on the services we provide. A key focus is to make sure that our residents are living active, healthy and independent lives in their own homes for as long as possible. We also want to make sure that our residents have a choice and control over the care they receive.

The infographics below demonstrate how we're performing against SOA Outcome 5.
