Booking a civil ceremony
You must register a marriage or civil partnership at least 29 days before your ceremony. The earliest you can register is 3 months before. Read our Register a Marriage or Register a Civil Partnership pages for details on how to book a registration appointment. If you have a specific date in mind and looking to book a registrar to perform the ceremony for later in the year or 2024/2025 email registrars@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk to secure your preferred date.
